Since Mommy and Daddy had the day off for Independence Day holiday, K got to visit CuriOdyssey which is a place to learn about science and meet animals up close. Her favorite exhibit was a funnel filled with air that pushes foam shapes through.
The shapes spin to the top and fall onto the ground.
K thought it was the funniest thing in the world when the shapes fell on the ground.
She also liked touching the currents of water.
Next up was seeing the animals. She met a otter that swam really fast and in circles.
The otter poked his head out of the water to say hi to his audience.
We also saw a porcupine.
And a fox that was 16 years old who was getting her fur brushed. She sure shed a lot of fur.
K enjoyed being outdoors and pointing at the turtles.
She tried touching the bees. Good thing they were behind a glass case. The bees came indoors from a tube that was connected a window outdoors. The bees could fly in and out to build a colony and make honey.
After CuriOdessey it was nap time in the car. When K woke up she was all sweaty, but cooled off sipping on Jamba Juice.
She was in refreshed from her nap and showed Mommy her pearly whites. She has 8 teeth total right now.
She opened her mouth wide to show off her molars. Mommy think it's funny how K has 2 bottom teeth and a no teeth on the sides. Her top molars are starting to come in as well.
After K napped, we went to great grandma's house. Daddy's relatives from Texas were in town. This is Aunt Dien. She cooked delicious noodle soup with chicken and shredded egg. K thought it was really tasty.
Hope everyone had a happy 4th of July!
