Trick- Or -Treat

Last weekend Auntie Jill was in town and invited us to Ardenwood Farms. K was so attached to Auntie Jill and would not let her leave her sight. By the end of the day, Auntie Jill's arms were pretty sore.

K pointed to the pumpkin she liked most.

K saw pigs, lambs, cows, chickens and goats at the farm. The highlight was riding on the train. It was pulled by a horse. The driver assured the passengers this was not abusive to the animal and actually it was great exercise.

We hope to make a trip out to San Diego one day so we can see Auntie Jill again!

K had a Halloween parade at school earlier this week. It was so cute to see the kids all dressed up. K and Nathaniel were getting ready to start walking.

Brian was eager to go.

The infant sat in buggies since they couldn't walk. Teacher Hind said K was the ringleader. K would turn around and motion come on!

This Halloween K participated in trick-or-treating for first time in her neighborhood. Jamie and Kayla posed for a pic before heading out.

Most of the house owners held out a bowl for K to pick out her own candy. She was pretty slow since she would put the candy in her bag slowly. She held up the line.

One house had organic carrots. K wanted to open the bag right away. That was the only treat K was allowed to eat for that night.

After trick-or- treating, K helped pass out candy at her own house.

K was giddy with joy from all the fun and excitement of the night.

When K went to bed Mommy poured out her loot. Not too shabby for going to 30 houses! All for Mommy and Daddy! :)

The next morning K spotted her costume and wanted to wear it again! Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween. Until next year...
